Limit Break Technologies, LLC is a management and technology company working at the intersection of motorsports and technology. We support a professional racing program competing in top-level international and U.S. series, including IMSA and SRO, while building relationships across technology, media, and brand partnerships. Our mission is to create meaningful connections that fuel growth for both our partners and our racing efforts. This program does not work without a dedicated team.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who can help us connect with new brand partners and build lasting relationships. This isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job — it’s a flexible, performance-driven role where your success comes from the partnerships you build and the ideas you bring to the table.
Travel is not required, but for the right person this role offers rare access to the motorsports paddock at major events in the U.S. and abroad. If you’ve ever wanted to see behind the curtain in professional racing, this is a chance to do it while developing real business experience.
Travel Opportunities (Optional)
While this role is fully remote, it also offers unique opportunities to join the team at race events. You may have the chance to interact with partners, host guests, and engage with our network directly in the paddock.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential brand partners across industries (automotive, technology, lifestyle, luxury, etc.)
Help prepare outreach materials, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate introductions, calls, and follow-ups with prospective partners
Work with our media and racing team to shape partnership opportunities that align with partner goals
Track outreach efforts and keep communication organized
Bring creative ideas for activations, events, or campaigns that give partners real value

Compensation
This is a performance-driven role with a flexible, commission-based structure. Compensation is commensurate with experience and directly tied to results, offering strong upside potential for motivated candidates.
